Elicitation, estimation, elaboration and documentation of stakeholder requirements into Agile User Stories (JIRA, Confluence)

Educating employees on core BA skills and agile methodologies such as; Requirements Management, Process Management, Business Case development, Scrum, Kanban, etc.

Advanced use of Microsoft Planner, Jira, Trello and traditional 'post-it' kanban

Leadership & Management skills via the thorough training

Requirement elicitatation, gathering & Stakeholder management. • Preparation of Business, functional requirement documents, wire frames and use case diagrams. • Client engagements to understand client requirements and analysis of those requirements. • Working closely with IT development team for product development. • Scrum Master for Product teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work. • Protect development team from outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog project timeline. • Work closely with project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features. • Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and stakeholders. • Direct and lead development team from project initiation through the delivery of final product. • Organized and facilitated planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, release planning and stakeholder demos. • Responsible for managing Jira and confluence including all requirements in jira and up-to-date confluence. Creating and maintaining Jira dashboards and reports for project status. • Team management, release planning and usability testing.
