What Should Not Be Included In A Resume

Some things that should not be included in a resume are: personal information such as age, gender, race, religion, political affiliation, or marital status (unless the job requires it); irrelevant work experience or skills; unprofessional email addresses or social media profiles; and false or misleading information. It is also generally not recommended to include a photograph or references unless explicitly requested by the employer.
