My global experience in Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain offers a big advantage in meeting the expectations from this important role with your esteemed company. For more than 13 years I have worked and travelled globally as Chief Marketing Officer/Director of Sales & Marketing for world’s largest steel brand - ArcelorMittal. Value driven savings across the global business was a key strategic goal with focus on achieving synergies across different business units and product lines.

Further more I have had the privilege to be a board member for a mining joint venture in Mexico with commercial oversight. With this combination of experience I am confident of playing a positive role at your esteemed company. 

You may notice a gap in my work experience which was on account of health issue (Dengue).  During my break my time was spent volunteering with Alcoholics Anonymous as a Class A(non-alcoholic) Trustee on their General Service Board. Just over a year ago I have started my independent consulting related to my experience in business turnarounds and commercial strategies. This has led to sharing my expertise with Private Equity backed firms in situations requiring turnaround of a loss-making business.

My core strength is my fast learning ability  to grasp the fundamentals of any new industry dynamics. My career path shows my ability to complete assignments that push me to new frontiers based on thirst for knowledge and penchant for delivering results. My work in Mexico and clients from other Latin American countries has enhanced my understanding of written and spoken Spanish.

Finally, I would like to make a humble submission with respect to location of this job. I have had the pleasure and privilege to work with the North American market since 2003. I have traveled extensively to meet clients  across USA. All this was effectively managed with a business visa while being based outside USA. The point is to leverage flexible location if your esteemed company is open for such arrangement. You can appreciate the win/win solution that is possible with remote working.
