A resume NDA, or Non-Disclosure Agreement, is a legally binding document that prohibits the recipient from sharing or disclosing the information contained in a candidate's resume without the candidate's permission.

This type of NDA is often used when a candidate is seeking employment in a company or organization that has sensitive or confidential information that they want to protect. This could include, for example, trade secrets, financial information, or other proprietary data. NDAs can be either "one-way" or "mutual", a one-way NDA is only signed by the party that wants to protect their information and the mutual NDA is signed by both parties to protect both's information.
