A resume addendum is a document that is added to a resume to provide additional information about the candidate. It is typically used when the information that needs to be included in the resume is not appropriate for the main document, or when there is not enough space to include all the relevant information.

Examples include explaining a gap in employment, a career change, an important accomplishment or project, or any other relevant information that has not been included in the main resume. An addendum should be specific and relevant to the job you are applying to.
