If you have received the Employee of the Month award, it is definitely worth including on your resume. There are two ways to list this achievement:

  1. Dedicated Achievements or Awards section: This section can be added to the end of your resume and is a great place to list any awards, honors, or recognition you have received. In this section, you can list the award, the company that presented it to you, and the date you received it. For example: "Employee of the Month, XYZ Company, Month Year"
Achievements
Three-time employee of the month
Re-organized the delivery process to save 2 hours of work each week
RIGHT

  1. Including it in the experience section: Another option is to include the award in the bullets in the experience section for the relevant job. This allows you to not only showcase your award but also highlight the accomplishments that led to receiving it. For example: "XYZ Company, Job Title

Received Employee of the Month award for consistently exceeding sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. Month Year."

Whichever option you choose, including the Employee of the Month award on your resume can demonstrate your hard work and commitment to your job, and can help set you apart from other candidates.
