In this role I gained invaluable experience in server maintenance, assistance in the roll-out of Release & Deployment campaigns, setting up and configuring desktop computers, peripherals, and accounts, and assigning security levels. I built proficiency to efficiently troubleshoot a variety of technical issues for staff and end-users.
