Will an ATS reject a CV template if it has a photo?
In most cases, no. Modern applicant tracking systems like Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever parse the text in your CV and ignore images during indexing. The photo doesn't get "read". It's discarded before the parser builds the candidate record.
