2008-2010 Neistat produced some movies, went to Sundance and Cannes, and won some awards before getting disillusioned with Hollywood. He decided his path to becoming a filmmaker was through Youtube. Neistat was involved in films like The Pleasure of Being Robbed, Daddy Longlegs, and Bolt from the Blue
