Welcome to Enhancv, a career platform that provides innovative tools to help job seekers stand out and succeed in their career paths. This website and platform ("Services") are provided by Enhancv R&D. ("us", "we", or "our"). The following terms and conditions outline the relationship between Enhancv and any educational institution using our platform. Anyone invited by an educational institution to use Enhancv's products and services is considered a “student”.

Data Use:

By signing up in our Student Admin portal (students.enhancv.com or bootcamps.enhancv.com) you give us permission to access your personal information as part of the administration of university, bootcamp or any other educational institution. By providing our resume building platform as part of a bootcamp or university program, you as a representative of that educational institution might have access to your students' resumes, cover letters and applications. Enhancv does not owe any money to you or your institution for using our platform

Students data

Although we may obtain consent from your students to share their resumes, cover letters, and any other data with you, it is ultimately your responsibility to obtain the necessary consent from them for the sharing of this information. You agree to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to the collection, use, and disclosure of this information, and again to obtain any necessary consents from your students. You acknowledge that our role is solely to provide a platform for resume building and that we are not responsible for any of your actions or decisions regarding your students' information. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, or liability that may arise from the use or distribution of your or your students' information. However, we take reasonable measures to protect the security of this information. Despite these efforts, no website or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your or your students' information.

User Status

All students of the institution who sign up and use Enhancv's products and services are considered Enhancv users and remain Enhancv users even if they are no longer part of the institution. Any fees or payments made by students are for Enhancv products and services only and are Enhancv property. Enhancv may communicate directly with students who use (or have used) our platform and offer them our additional products, services, and resources.

Marketing Materials

As a participant in our Enhancv for Students program, you agree to allow us to use the name and logo of your educational institution for marketing purposes on our platform and related materials. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant this permission, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, or liability that may arise from the use of your educational institution's name and logo. This may include, but is not limited to, use in promotional materials, case studies, testimonials, and other marketing activities on our website and social media platforms.

Privacy

Your personal information and content is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Enhancv, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Changes

By using Enhancv's platform, the educational institution agrees to these terms and conditions. Enhancv reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
