What should every Scrum Master resume include in the experience section?
What every scrum master resume needs to include is a strong list of professionally presented experience. Let’s take a look at how to do that.
Traditional resumes often include only a list of responsibilities when it comes to the experience section. If that's what your scrum master resume looks like too, it's time to level it up. Read the description of the job you want to apply for and write down all the exprience required. Then think about what similar experience you have. When adding it to your resume, make sure you quantify your results rather than list responsibilities. It will leave a great impression on your potential employer.
Not just logical, but chronological too!
We already covered that your experience needs to be impact-oriented. The next step is start selecting which experience to include in your scrum master resume and how to order it. It's best to keep it chronological. That means starting from the most recent position and continue further down. Also, carefully curate what experience you show (don’t just overwhelm the reader with everything you’ve ever done). The key here is to make tough choices and only include what a recruiter wants to see.

Cause and Effect - Tell them how you made a difference!
Simply put, nobody likes overused buzzwords. Your potential employer has surely read a hundred times about how someone managed or organized something without any concrete numbers to back it up. The resume skills that aren’t quantified get ignored or can even count against you. Again, the solution is to focus on concrete numbers which demonstrate your impact as a scrum master. So instead of “improved sales” write “Improved overall sales by 35% within 6 months.” Including those kinds of resume action words leave a strong impression.
