We’re looking for a Customer Support & Community Lead 🌟 to join our team, help users navigate the platform, resolve issues, and create a delightful experience. From offering personalized resume tips to surprising users with career resources, every query is an opportunity to empower jobseekers and shape the future of how people apply for jobs.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • 🎧 Provide outstanding support to our users via email, chat, or other platforms (we meet our users where they need us).
  • 🛠️ Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Enhancv works and what it is capable of.
  • 🚀 Help build, refine, and automate processes to scale customer support as Enhancv continues to grow.
  • 🔄 Closely collaborate with the product and engineering teams to offer feedback and share insights on customer pain points, helping to shape future improvements.
  • 📚 Create and maintain up-to-date help articles that are engaging and informative for jobseekers (and you won't find them boring either!).
  • ⚡️ While you won’t be handling a high volume of queries daily — thanks to our automated support features — we expect you to focus on refining processes for quicker resolution and even finding ways to further automate responses. (To show us you’re detail-oriented, mention your favorite ice cream flavor when answering the first question of the application!)
  • 🌱 You’ll have plenty of opportunities to carve out your own passion projects related to supporting our customers and their career development.

Here’s what you bring to the table:

  • 🛠️ While you don’t need technical expertise, we expect you to take a proactive approach when it comes to bugs — reproducing issues and digging into the details before escalating to the engineering team, or even resolving the problem directly when possible.
  • 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 You don’t need to be the next bestselling author, but you do need to communicate clearly and effectively in English to ensure users feel heard and supported. Huge bonus if you can do it in another language too, or equally, do it great via ChatGPT.
  • 🤹‍♂️ We’re not looking for decades of customer support experience, but any experience working with people or users in a fast-paced environment is valuable. If you’ve thrived under pressure and juggled multiple responsibilities, we’d love to hear about it!
  • 💚 You’re a great communicator, even when delivering less-than-great news. Compassion and empathy are key — you’re able to remain calm even when things get hectic.
  • 🔄 You enjoy supporting others, and this role is a place where you want to stay and grow — many of us have been at Enhancv for years. And your voice as a customer specialist matters. We value fresh perspectives and new viewpoints, so you should feel comfortable speaking up and sharing your ideas.
  • 🔧 Bonus points if you have a knack for automation, finding shortcuts to make tasks more efficient (and if you can show us a Zap you use regularly, even better!)
