Dos and don’ts when interviewing
After the purchase, you will be directed to our online calendar to book your first 30 minute call with our Career Counseling team.
During the 30 minute call, we will discuss your career goals and plans, your current hiring process, and how we can be of service to improving your interviewing skills. Our team will then go to prepare a specific interviewing plan just for you. This will then be followed up with a 1 hour long call where we will run two rounds of mock interviews, feedback sessions, and a summary of the suggested improvements.
Our service is focused on three aspects of improving your interviewing skills: - The first one is based on more than 350 recruiters we’ve interviewed and surveyed. Through these we’ve established a series of best practices, tips, and techniques to nail your interview. - The second is based on methodologies we brought from the field of psychology and management strategy. We created a series of programs, aimed at different personality types, that are focused on enhancing your natural verbal skills, and improving less successful ones. - Lastly, we have created a database of content and information around specific companies and their hiring process. Companies such as Amazon, Google, or Facebook, have developed their own unique hiring methodologies. We’ve talked to recruiters within those companies, constructed a complete overview of the hiring process, and made it available to you.
